Upon arrival, the hotel rooms were not as depicted, emitting a strong smell of marijuana and displaying signs of being run down. Despite the lack of cleanliness and ventilation issues, the room's location on the quiet side of the hotel was a positive aspect. However, some personal items like body lotion were missing. The service was lacking in accommodation and customer care, but there were pleasant experiences at a nearby New York deli with great food and coffee. Location-wise, being right off the freeway was convenient, with various amenities nearby. The dining options were limited and a bit overpriced. Despite these drawbacks, my stay was salvaged by the understanding and apologetic staff during check-in and check-out.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were large, clean, and recently renovated, overlooking the beautiful courtyard. The service was top-notch, with professional and friendly staff accommodating my requests. The location was convenient, close to local restaurants and just a short drive from shopping areas. The dining experience took a bit longer than expected, but everything else was fantastic.
